Returns and Exchanges Statement:
Return for refund or exchange or provide a credit note on gifts found not suitable for the recipient.
Buttercup (www.one1rabbit.co.uk) will exchange or provide a refund (less postage costs) for change of mind returns or gift exchanges.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened and with no damage to the product or packaging.
a) All returns or exchanges must be instigated within 7 days of receipt.
b) All returns must have a returns number, authorisation can be obtained by calling 01227 265978
c) Postage cost and or claiming for loss or damage are responsibility of the purchaser.
d) Please include the authorised returns number within the package and the copy invoice.
e) Please allow 5 working days following our receipt of returned goods for the refund to be processed.
